The brief
A complete interior renovation of a Wailea condominium, carried out from the owner’s architectural and structural plans.
The build
Breen Builders led the contractor coordination and the finish work: all-new bathrooms, wood floors throughout, architectural concrete panels, new light fixtures and paint. The owners supplied the kitchen cabinetry, which was installed by others, and our team brought every trade together around it.
The result
Completed in 2024, the residence now reads as one considered whole: calm, light-filled rooms with crisp detailing and finishes chosen to last in the island climate.
